单螺母变位螺距预加负荷，它是在滚珠螺母体内的两列循环滚珠链之间使用螺纹滚道在轴向产生——气的导程突变量，从而使两列滚珠在轴向错位实砚预紧。这种调隙方法结构简单.但负荷量需预先设定且不能改变。步进电动机的参数有步距角(涉及到相数)、静转矩及电流三大要素组成。一旦三大要素确定，步进电动机的型号便确定下来了。步距角的选择，电动机的步距角取决于负载精度的要求，将负载的Zui小分辨率(当量)换算到电动机轴上，每个当量电动机应走多少角度(包括减速):电动机的步距角应等于或小于此角度。
